Red Light Therapy
Step into fifteen minutes of professional-grade red light on full-body Joovv Elite panels at 660 and 850 nanometres, right in the heart of the CBD.
The short version
Fifteen minutes under professional-grade full-body Joovv Elite panels, tuned to 660 and 850 nanometres, the two most-studied wavelengths in red light. Your whole body bathed in light at once, right here in the Singapore CBD. From $55, or two weeks unlimited for $159 on your first visit.
How it works
Red light therapy uses two specific wavelengths of light, 660 nanometres of red and 850 nanometres of near-infrared. Your skin and the cells beneath it absorb that light, and the mitochondria inside those cells, the tiny engines that make your energy, respond by producing a little more of it. The panels glow softly, yet the work is done by the wavelengths your cells take in rather than by warmth, so the whole experience stays gentle and comfortable.
Why the Joovv panel matters
The panel is what makes the difference. Our Joovv Elite panels are built to professional specification and deliver both wavelengths at a calibrated output of around 30 mW/cm² of red and 28 mW/cm² of near-infrared. Because they cover the full body, a single session reaches your face, neck, shoulders, arms and torso all at once, giving you complete coverage in the time a smaller device would spend on one area.
The same Joovv panels the pros trust
We chose Joovv for a reason. It is the red light brand trusted at the very top of sport and science.
“Given the benefits of red light and near infrared light on muscle recovery, skin health, mitochondrial function, vision, and more, I’ve used Joovv panels daily for several years now. It is my preferred red light therapy device.”Dr. Andrew Huberman, neuroscientist and host of the Huberman Lab podcast. See his statement →
- The San Francisco 49ers chose Joovv as their official light therapy partner and built a dedicated Joovv Recovery Room beside the team’s locker room at Levi’s Stadium. Read the announcement →

When you step in front of the panel at House Longevity, you are using that same professional brand, here in the CBD and yours by the session.
What people use it for
The two wavelengths suit two different goals. At 660 nanometres, red light is absorbed right at the surface, in the skin and the cells just beneath it, which is why skin is one of the areas people pay the closest attention to. Many fold a few sessions a week into a simple glow and self-care routine, the same way they would a sauna.
The 850 nanometre near-infrared wavelength travels deeper, toward muscle and joint tissue, so active people tend to use red light around training. Plenty work it into a recovery routine, a quiet fifteen minutes after a hard session or on a rest day. It is part of why red light has become a fixture in the kind of professional recovery rooms above.
What people notice
Most people come for one reason and stay for another. Some tell us their skin looks brighter and more even after a good run of sessions. Others say their mornings feel easier, or that they feel readier for their next training session. Everyone is different, and these are the experiences people share with us rather than promises about what will happen for you.
What a session looks like
A session takes about fifteen minutes. You stand in front of the panel array with your eyes protected by goggles, on clean dry skin, since lotions and makeup sit on the surface and block the light. Many people pair it with the sauna, warming up first so circulation is already flowing when the light begins. To settle into a good rhythm, three to five sessions a week works well, which is exactly what the two-week unlimited trial is built for.

Frequently asked
How often should I do red light therapy?
Many people start with 3 to 5 short sessions a week, around 15 minutes each, then settle into a routine. Consistency over weeks matters more than any one session.
What wavelengths do you use?
Professional-grade Joovv panels at 660 nm (red) and 850 nm (near-infrared), the two most-studied wavelengths. Red reaches the skin's surface; near-infrared travels to deeper layers.
What happens in a session?
You stand at a full-body panel for about 15 minutes, skin exposed and eyes comfortable. It is warm and quiet, with no downtime. Most people pair it with a sauna.
How much is it?
A single full-body session is $55, with packs and a 2-week unlimited trial at $159. See the pricing page for current rates.
